Arabic Text in WML

Supporting a specific language requires two abstraction layers at least: the soft fonts, which is a piece of software that must be installed on the mobile device, enabling it to display the glyphs (symbols) or Arabic text. The second layer is the application layer, e.g., WML which should have specific encoding instructions that tells the parser which locale to use. A locale is a combination of a language and a country name.
