There is a decent free editor from chami.com called HTML-Kit. It has a pluginthat provides templates for WML and WMLScript, as well as HTML, ASP, XML,
XSL and others. Unfortunately it doesn't provide much help if you don't already
know how to properly form the WML. The help needs some work.
