I am having prolems

Do you have IIS running? Once you set that up you need to copy
the quickstart directory out of where you installed it.

for me I copied from
D:/program files/NGWSSDK/SAMPLES/quickstart/*
to D:/Inetpub/wwwroot/quickstart

then to make the samples work I had to copy

D:/Inetpub/wwwroot/quickstart/aspplus/bin to
D:/Inetpub/wwwroot/quickstart/bin

Give that a try and see if you can get it going.
